About this programme
The Innovative Public Procurement (IPP) programme is driven by the AVI (Valencian Innovation Agency) with the support of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within the Valencian innovation system.
Its aim is to boost innovative public procurement among local authorities in the Valencian Community, funding the R&D&I costs needed to put innovative products and services out to tender and supporting the spread of the methodology among interested administrations.
